What should I do if my order got lost in the mail?
If you have waited for a reasonable time (e.g. over 10 business days/2 weeks within Canada or over 15 business days/3 weeks within USA) and have still not received your order, please Email me: simpledream2001@yahoo.ca I will follow up on the order and email you as soon as possible.

Are the paintings originally created by yourself?
All listed paintings are my orginal, one of the kind, hand-paintd artwork. Each one has its' own theme and title, signed and dated by myself. Thanks for viewing!

Do you combine shipping and how it works?
Definitely. I love to combine shipping since it's a mutual benefit between me and my customers. Usually it will be 30-50% less(depends on size & weight) for the second items and so on. If you intend to purchase multiple items, please wait for one combined invoice for your multiple order or Email me for more information.

How long does it take for me to receive my order if I am from other countries than USA & Canada?
For shipping to countries other than Canada & USA, it depends on the geographic area. By experience, shipping to UK, is within 8-12 business days; to Europe, 14-20 business days. Shipping to Asia takes longer, around 15-30 business days.
